Abstract
The article discusses the construction of predictive semantics in verbalized dreams based on the material of Russian-language Internet forums. The relevance of the research is due to several factors: firstly, the digitalization of communication is transforming traditional practices of dream interpretation, creating new forms of collective meaning generation; secondly, online oneiric discourse is a unique material for studying the social construction of reality and the mechanisms of cultural transmission of symbolic systems; thirdly, the analysis of cultural frames of predictivity makes it possible to identify the deep mechanisms of categorizing experience and constructing meanings in a digital environment. The purpose of the study is to identify the role of cultural frames and symbolic correspondences in the construction of predictive semantics in the discourse of dream in the Russian-language Internet forums.
The novelty of the research: for the first time, we have proposed an integrated methodology for analyzing oneiric forecasts (corpus markup + frame semantics + pragmatic analysis of the audience reactions), which makes it possible to capture lexical and prognosticism syntactic markers and their social determination in online communication. We built an empirical map of cultural prediction frames (for example, “bird – news”, “water – emotions”, “fire – transformation”) using the material of Russian-language forums and described the mechanisms of their activation in the verbalization of dreams. The article highlights the communicative mechanism of “turning a dream into a prophecy”, including nominative density, postpositional formulation of the forecast, a combination of epistemic markers and the practice of collective verification.
